These Terms govern your use of K100bet. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using K100bet ('the Platform'), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use K100bet. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. Prediction markets may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Geo-blocking may apply where required.
3. Nature of the Platform
K100bet offers peer-to-peer prediction markets and Predict Slot — a timed betting game. Participants use KAS via Kastle or Kasware wallets. Bets are placed by sending on-chain KAS transactions; outcomes are determined by market resolution, not by the Platform acting as a counterparty.
4. Wallets and Funds
You bet directly from your connected wallet — there is no custodial account holding your private keys. For prediction market bets, a 2% platform fee is deducted at the time of your bet, and the remaining stake is locked on-chain in a SilverScript covenant until the market resolves. Winners receive payouts directly from the covenant; the house fee is retained by the platform. For Predict Slot, your stake is sent to the house wallet. Winners have their payout locked in a per-bet covenant and can claim it at any time. Losers' stakes remain with K100bet and are used to fund future winning payouts from the house bankroll. Withdrawals send KAS to your linked Kaspa address, minus network fees. You are responsible for correct addresses and network selection. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
5. Fees
Prediction markets deduct a 2% fee at bet placement, before your stake is locked in the covenant. This fee is shared between liquidity providers and the platform. Staking KAS can reduce this fee (see /staking when available). Predict Slot deducts a 1% house fee from every bet, which funds the house bankroll and jackpot pool. Kaspa network fees are paid by users when signing transactions. All fee structures may be updated with notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use the Platform for illegal purposes; (b) manipulate markets, outcomes, or prices; (c) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (d) use unauthorized bots or automation without an API token; (e) engage in wash trading or spoofing; (f) access from sanctioned jurisdictions; (g) impersonate others; (h) send funds to incorrect addresses.
7. Risks and Disclaimers
Trading and gaming involve risk of loss. You may lose your entire stake. We do not provide investment advice. The Platform is provided 'AS IS'. We are not liable for losses from smart contract bugs, network delays, wallet errors, oracle disputes, or user error. Past market outcomes do not guarantee future results.
8. Platform Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may delay bets or payouts. On-chain transactions may take longer than expected during network congestion. Payouts may queue when liquidity is temporarily insufficient and retry automatically.
9. Account and Security
You sign in with Google OAuth and connect Kastle or Kasware for on-chain actions. We never store private keys or wallet seed phrases. You are responsible for securing your Google account and wallet. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from Platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. You waive class action participation where applicable. Contact [email protected] first — most issues resolve quickly.
