These Terms govern your use of K100bet. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using K100bet ('the Platform'), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use K100bet. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws. Prediction markets may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Geo-blocking may apply where required.
3. Restricted Jurisdictions and Geo-Controls
You represent and warrant that you are NOT a Restricted Person. A Restricted Person is: (a) any person or entity who resides in, is located in, is incorporated in, or has a registered office in a Restricted Jurisdiction; (b) any person or entity who is a citizen or national of a Restricted Jurisdiction, regardless of where they are physically located; and (c) any person or entity acting on behalf of any person described in (a) or (b). As of the date of these Terms, Restricted Jurisdictions include, without limitation: the United States of America; the Canadian province of Ontario; and any jurisdiction subject to applicable economic and trade sanctions or export-control laws and regulations (collectively, Sanctioned Territories), which as of the date of these Terms includes Cuba, Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Syria, the Russian Federation, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. The list of Restricted Jurisdictions may change at any time without notice; it is your responsibility to check before accessing. The Platform employs reasonable IP-based geo-blocking (including the Cloudflare country header) to block access from Restricted Jurisdictions at the country level. Because this blocking operates at the country level, the Platform blocks all of Canada (not just the province of Ontario) rather than attempting to distinguish individual provinces; residents of all Canadian provinces are therefore Restricted Persons and are prohibited from using the Platform. You agree NOT to access the Platform via a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, the Tor network, or any other technology that masks your true location in order to circumvent these geo-controls. Accessing the Platform as a Restricted Person, or using any such technology to bypass geo-blocking, is a material breach of these Terms, immediately voids your right to use the Platform, and is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You bear sole responsibility for any legal consequences (civil and criminal) in your jurisdiction, and you indemnify the Platform against any claim arising from your circumvention. The Platform makes no guarantee that its geo-controls are foolproof; users who bypass them do so entirely at their own risk and may not rely on any bypass to claim a right to continued access or to any payout.
4. Nature of the Platform
K100bet is a decentralized peer-to-peer (P2P) prediction-market platform built on the Kaspa blockchain. Participants bet against each other on real-world outcomes via parimutuel pools or a continuous limit order book (CLOB); the Platform is never the counterparty to a prediction-market bet. Participants use KAS via Kastle or Kasware wallets, or through the K100bet Wallet (an on-chain self-custodial vault created in the UI). Bets are placed by sending on-chain KAS transactions (wallet mode) or by debiting the user's vault (vault mode). Stakes lock in on-chain SilverScript covenants and payouts are co-signed by the platform and an independent oracle and settled directly to the winner's wallet. Predict Slot is a separate timed betting game where the house bankroll funds fixed-odds payouts.
5. Wallets and Funds
In wallet mode (Kastle/Kasware), you bet directly from your connected wallet; there is no custodial account holding your private keys. In K100bet Wallet (vault) mode, your funds are held in an on-chain SilverScript covenant that only allows sends to legitimate market covenants, to your registered wallet address, or to an emergency sweep after 180 days. The platform cannot unilaterally move vault funds. For prediction market bets, a 2% platform fee is computed at bet time and reflected in your potential payout, and your stake is locked on-chain in a SilverScript covenant until the market resolves. Winners receive payouts directly from the covenant; the house fee is retained by the platform. For Predict Slot, your stake is sent to the house wallet or debited from your vault. Winners have their payout locked in a per-bet covenant and can claim it at any time. Losers' stakes remain with K100bet and are used to fund future winning payouts from the house bankroll. Withdrawals send KAS to your linked Kaspa address, minus network fees. You are responsible for correct addresses and network selection. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.
6. Fees
Prediction markets apply a 2% platform fee to winning payouts; the fee is computed at bet time and reflected in your displayed potential payout, and the remaining stake is locked on-chain in a SilverScript covenant until the market resolves. This fee is shared between liquidity providers and the platform. Predict Slot uses fixed odds funded from the house bankroll (~15% house edge); there is no separate percentage fee per slot bet. A $1,000 jackpot bonus is house-bankroll-funded and arms once earnings reach a threshold. Kaspa network fees are paid by users when signing transactions. All fee structures may be updated with notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use the Platform for illegal purposes; (b) manipulate markets, outcomes, or prices; (c) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (d) use unauthorized bots or automation without an API token; (e) engage in wash trading or spoofing; (f) access the Platform as a Restricted Person or from a Restricted Jurisdiction; (g) impersonate others; (h) send funds to incorrect addresses.
8. Risks and Disclaimers
Trading and gaming involve risk of loss. You may lose your entire stake. We do not provide investment advice. The Platform is provided 'AS IS'. We are not liable for losses from smart contract bugs, network delays, wallet errors, oracle disputes, or user error. Past market outcomes do not guarantee future results.
9. Platform Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may delay bets or payouts. On-chain transactions may take longer than expected during network congestion. Payouts may queue when liquidity is temporarily insufficient and retry automatically.
10. Account and Security
You sign in with Google OAuth and connect Kastle or Kasware for on-chain actions, or create a K100bet Wallet vault in the UI. We never store private keys, wallet seed phrases, or vault signer keys. You are responsible for securing your Google account and wallet. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from Platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. You waive class action participation where applicable. Contact [email protected] first — most issues resolve quickly.
