Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how K100bet collects, uses, and protects your information. On-chain transactions are public on Kaspa; account data is handled as described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect: (a) account data — Google profile (name, email) from OAuth sign-in; (b) wallet data — linked Kaspa address(es) from Kastle or Kasware; (c) activity data — bets, market selections, Predict Slot history, withdrawal requests, and support messages; (d) technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns. We do not collect government IDs, phone numbers, or payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to: authenticate your session; process bets and payouts; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. On-Chain Data

Kaspa transactions are public by design. When you bet or receive a payout, the transaction ID, amount, and memo are visible on block explorers. Your wallet address may be linked to your account on K100bet. We never receive or store your wallet private keys — signing happens only inside Kastle or Kasware.

4. Data Storage and Security

Application data is stored in secured databases with access controls. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Session authentication uses Google OAuth 2.0 via NextAuth. API keys protect inter-service communication. We follow industry-standard practices; no system is perfectly secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Platform. Bet and transaction records may be kept for audit and legal compliance. You may request deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected] — we will respond within 30 days, subject to retention we are legally required to maintain.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for sessions, security, wallet connection state, and preferences (e.g. favorites, theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Disabling cookies may break sign-in or wallet features.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: hosting and infrastructure providers under confidentiality terms; law enforcement when required by valid legal process; and publicly via the Kaspa blockchain when you transact on-chain. Google processes OAuth sign-in under Google's privacy policy.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days where applicable.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
